Driver Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Ridsz driver interest list and to your use of ridsz.com before Ridsz launches. By joining the list, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not join.

1. The driver interest list

The driver interest list is a free way to hear about driving with Ridsz in Orlando and to be contacted when driver sign-up opens. Joining is not an application to drive and does not guarantee that you will be offered the opportunity to drive, or when.

Ridsz has not launched yet. We may change, pause or end the list, and our plans for the service, at any time.

2. No driver relationship

Joining the list does not create an employment, independent contractor, partnership, agency or any other relationship between you and Ridsz, and it does not entitle you to any work, trips or earnings. Driving with Ridsz will require a separate driver agreement that you would need to accept.

3. Future driver requirements

To drive with Ridsz you will need to meet the requirements that apply when driver sign-up opens. These are expected to include a valid driver’s license, insurance, an eligible vehicle and background and driving record checks, as required by Florida law and Ridsz policies. We will explain the requirements before asking for any of this information.

4. Earnings information

Any figures about earnings, fees or comparisons with other services shown on our website are illustrative only. They are not a promise or estimate of what you will earn.

5. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate, current contact details that belong to you. Please sign up only once and only for yourself.

6. Messages from Ridsz

By joining, you agree that we may contact you by email and phone about Ridsz, its launch and driving with Ridsz. We will not send you marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each email, or ask us to stop contacting you by writing to us. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates may apply to calls or messages.

7. Using the service later

When Ridsz launches, driving on the platform will be governed by the driver agreement and policies in force at that time.

8. Using our website

Please do not misuse the website: for example, do not submit false or someone else’s information, use automated tools to sign up, try to access systems or data you are not allowed to, or interfere with the website’s operation.

The Ridsz name, logo, website design and content belong to Ridsz or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.

9. No warranties

The website and the early-access list are provided “as is” and “as available”. Information about our plans, features, pricing and launch dates may change and is not a promise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridsz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or opportunities, arising from the early-access list or your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Your privacy

Our Driver Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version, and we will let list members know by email about significant changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
