Rider Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Ridsz rider early-access list and to your use of ridsz.com before Ridsz launches. By joining the list, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not join.

1. The rider early-access list

The rider early-access list is a free way to receive news about Ridsz and to be among the first to know when rides become available in Orlando. Joining does not guarantee early access, a launch date, prices, or that the service will be available in your area.

Ridsz has not launched yet. We may change, pause or end the list, and our plans for the service, at any time.

2. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate, current contact details that belong to you. Please sign up only once and only for yourself.

3. Messages from Ridsz

By joining, you agree that we may contact you by email, and by phone if you gave us your mobile number, about Ridsz, its launch and your early access. We will not send you marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each email, or ask us to stop contacting you by writing to us. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates may apply to calls or messages.

4. Using Ridsz after launch

When Ridsz launches, requesting and taking rides will be governed by separate terms of service that you will be asked to accept in the Ridsz app.

5. Using our website

Please do not misuse the website: for example, do not submit false or someone else’s information, use automated tools to sign up, try to access systems or data you are not allowed to, or interfere with the website’s operation.

The Ridsz name, logo, website design and content belong to Ridsz or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.

6. No warranties

The website and the early-access list are provided “as is” and “as available”. Information about our plans, features, pricing and launch dates may change and is not a promise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridsz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or opportunities, arising from the early-access list or your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Your privacy

Our Rider Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version, and we will let list members know by email about significant changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
